ASAH is a not-for-profit organization of private schools and agencies in New Jersey which provide highly specialized services to more than 11,000 infants, children and young adults with disabilities. Founded in 1974, ASAH now serves more than 125 schools and agencies throughout the state.

NAPSEC was established in 1971 to represent private specialized education programs serving individuals with disabilities and their families. NAPSEC represents early intervention services, schools, residential therapeutic centers, postsecondary college experience programs and adult living services. NAPSEC members serve both publicly and privately placed individuals with disabilities.
