Suze Risteski serves as Director of Client Services for The Tarpey Group, LLC. Suze joined the Tarpey Group in 1998 as an account manager and has established herself as a leader in the insurance planning arena where she oversees many aspects of Tarpey operations. Client satisfaction is a primary focus for having serviced over 300 clients since she joined. Suze manages a wide cross section of clients with a strong concentration on non-profit organizations.

At The Tarpey Group, she manages the health, dental, life, disability, short-term disability, long-term disability & voluntary products and insurance portfolios for their middle market clients. Additionally, she oversees her subordinates' delegated performance, and efficiently tackles deadline-sensitive projects by goal orientation, while simultaneously maintaining a highly productive and spirited team.

Suze is a driven leader, and as an exemplary in-house director, she is organized and offers passionate service to clients' all-encompassing business needs. In her capacity as a liaison between The Tarpey Group, LLC and its clients, she maintains continuous one-on-one contact and provides expedient and efficient results. Suze travels to clients' offices for open enrollment meetings, renewal presentations and service visits.

Prior to the upscale growth at The Tarpey Group, Suze dedicated four years to Aetna/US Healthcare primarily as a senior claims analyst. She rapidly grew into an account executive, where she generated endorsements to existing health and life insurance policies of high profile clients, and progressively expanded the clientele database.

Prior to joining US Healthcare in 1995, Suze graduated from King's College where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with three achieved concentrations in Economics, International Business and Marketing. Suze continues to have a passion for pursuing higher education in the areas of Human Resource Management. Suze resides in Parsippany, New Jersey with her husband Mario and their three children.
