Jeff LePage serves as Senior Marketing Representative for the Tarpey Group, LLC where he oversees new business development and management of existing clients. Jeff is responsible for developing new employee benefit relationships across various industries and size segments. As an account manager, Jeff will be responsible for educating existing and potential clients on the value of the Tarpey Group, LLC's service model and how it will benefit their organization and employees in the areas of employee benefits, individual insurance, retirement and financial planning.

Jeff had previously served as Senior Account Executive for UNUM Insurance Group for the past 8 years. He was responsible for executing an annual multi-million dollar sales plan. Throughout his tenure at Unum, Jeff focused on providing sound financial, contractual and strategic advice to brokers and consultants in order to implement effective Life, Disability, Long Term Care, and Voluntary Benefit programs for their clients. Jeff annually exceeded his sales objectives and was consistently honored at Unum's annual recognition sales conference.

Jeff is a graduate of Babson College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Jeff resides in Saddle River, New Jersey with his fiancé, Alexis, where he is actively involved in the community and serves as a volunteer little league coach.
