Ben Marino serves as Account Executive for the Tarpey Group, LLC where he oversees new business development and management of existing clients. Marino is responsible for developing new relationships within the healthcare and education sectors while promoting the Tarpey Group business model focusing on the education platform within their clients as it pertains to corporate benefits, insurance, retirement and financial planning.

Marino had previously served as Branch Manager and Director of New Business Development for Pinnacle Financial Corporation, a Florida based Mortgage Banker. Marino was responsible for a $30 million branch consisting of six loan officers located in Somerset County.

Prior to joining Pinnacle Financial in 2007, Mr. Marino served as a Mortgage Advisor for Irwin Mortgage Corporation in Southern California. Marino's tenure in the mortgage business was built on realtor relationships while providing sound, ethical advice to his clientele. Mr. Marino earned the President Club Award in 2004 and 2005 and earned the coveted Chairman's Club Award in 2006 for his accomplishments.

Marino spent 18 years in the semiconductor industry from 1985-2003, most of which while working for Wyle Electronics Corporation. His positions included National Account Manager of Lucent Technologies where he earned the Supplier of the Year Award in 1999 as well as Director of Marketing, working at Wyle's corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA.

Mr. Marino holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Villanova University and resides in Branchburg, New Jersey with his wife Kathi and their two children.
